Membership

• Membership is open to individuals aged 20 or older (the legal drinking age in Japan)
• Applications are subject to committee approval
• Members must maintain respectful conduct towards all participants
• The committee reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of these terms or the society rules

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Code of Conduct

• Treat all members with respect and sportsmanship
• Follow the rules and etiquette of golf at all courses
• Consume alcohol responsibly at all society events
• Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Report any concerns or violations to the committee

Events & Participation

• Event registration is on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated
• Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified for each event
• No-shows without prior notice may affect future event eligibility
• The society is not liable for injuries sustained during events — participants play at their own risk

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post (photos, comments, scores)
• By posting, you grant TBAGS a license to display your content on the platform
• The committee may remove content that violates these terms
• Do not post content that infringes on others' intellectual property

Scores & Handicaps

All scores submitted must be accurate and honest. The committee reserves the right to audit and adjust scores or handicaps if irregularities are detected. Deliberate falsification of scores will result in membership revocation.

Limitation of Liability

TBAGS Golf Society is a recreational social group, not a registered business. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform or participation in society events.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
